Creation of 100m² basement under main house, with 40m² cinema play room, wc, bedroom with ensuite, and utility room. Ground floor remodelled with large kitchen diner opening into garden, with walk on glass, and direct access to formal lounge and basement rooms below. KRB managed structural design, planning permission works sequence and building control.
