DESIGN

Kings Road Builders works with clients to translate their ideas and wishes from concept to construction and finishes. We cover concept design, interior detailing and layout, kitchen and bathroom design, including fittings, tiles and styles as well as working within budgets. Kings Road Builders also assist with party wall matters and drawing up schedules of works, planning permission drawings, applications and structural design and building control sign off.

CONSTRUCTION

Working with approved and British Standard compliant materials, our specialist teams ensure an open dialogue, meticulous approach and excellent finish. Every stage of the works is important. In particular, once the demolition is complete, we review the design in light of the reality on site and make suggestions as to how best to maximise the space; especially in basement, loft and extension works. Here every millimetre counts, in terms of value, look and feel of a room and therefore the whole property.
