Extending into loft space, creating 2 large bedrooms, shower room and storage, amending 2nd floor to create master suite, with large walk though dressing room and spacious ensuite shower and bathroom, beautifully finished & furnished. Kitchen and sitting room refreshed. KRB specified all design drawings, including obtaining planning permission and building control.
